we help you to buy a cell phone if you need it with a local simcard,with 100 RMB value. But the phone set cost is not included.

International phone card (IP card)                                      100 RMB

An  IP card with 100 RMB value will also be provided to you. It is very helpful to call yours friends, parents, clients, relatives… all around the world for reduced costs.

Homestay or Housing 50-70 % of one month rent (15 % foreign service charge)

We can find you a place to live no matter how long you stay in Shanghai. Moreover, you can choose either to stay in a traditional Chinese host family (Homestay) or rent an apartment alone or with other expats. While you are staying at the hotel, we organize visits for you of different apartments on housing or homestay. After that you will be able to choose the accommodation of your dream. Furthermore, we would sign a contract in order to insure the agreement of the housing.
