I am not sure, where you can buy it now. But when I am gonna visit i will buy at there at the onsite kiosks.
Anyway which month are you planning to visit the Shanghai Expo 2010?

Actually I am coming during the month of june to avoid the rush in may. Thank you Frank for your information .Can i also arrange to buy it from travel agency? your answer is highly appreciated.

Yes you can buy tickets at travelagencies, make sure they are licensed/ceritfied in case you will be scammed with faketickets.
